Trumptech awarded the first batch of “STEM Mark Certification’’

We are delighted to announce that Trumptech has become one of the first companies to be awarded the ''STEM Mark Certification'' by the Hong Kong Q-Mark Council. This recognition further solidifies our leading position in the STEM industry, highlighting the high quality and professionalism of our STEM products.

Trumptech's "STEM Mark" debuted in "Learning and Teaching Expo" 2023. Trumptech’s ''STEM Mark'' certified STEM products include micro:bit Legged Robot Series, micro:bit Model Rocket Car Competition , AI Maker and LEGO® Education STEAM Park Series.

About the “STEM Mark Certification Program”

The "STEM Mark Certification Program" is the first STEM product certification in Hong Kong established by the Hong Kong Q-Mark Council under the FHKI. This program aims to provide reliable and high-quality standards for STEM products to consumers. With the growing global demand for STEM products, the launch of the 'STEM Mark' will further enhance the quality of STEM education in Hong Kong.

Prof Winco Yung ：STEM Mark needs several requirements to be met

HKPU's Prof Winco Yung provided an update on STEM Mark pilot scheme at "Q-MARK 45th Anniversary Licence Presentation Ceremony cum STEM Mark Certification Framework Launch''."The Program has been designed to certify high-quality STEM products that meet specific requirements, including safety, durability, and STEM literacy. In order to receive the certification, manufacturers must also provide relevant test reports and certificates of conformity. I am delighted to have participated with the team in designing this certification framework, hoping that it can assist manufacturers in designing and developing products, thus further enhancing the quality of STEM products in Hong Kong.” (Image source: FHKI)
